Beccles Carpet & Rug Centre was established in 1986 by its proprietor Mark Catton. Mark has worked hard to build the business and establish its outstanding reputation. He can justifiably be proud in this shop that provides a professional and reliable service.
The business has expanded so that he now employs several staff in the shop, including his son Ben. This is truly a family run business! Mark and Ben aim to provide a quality service that is missing from so many businesses these days - especially the large national chains.
Much of our business has been by 'Word of Mouth' or repeat business - where customers come back to have more rooms fitted after buying their first carpet from us. This can only happen if people are pleased with the service we provide.
